An Introduction to Joint Electronic Document Access (JEDA)
JEDA is the paperless contracting process developed by the Navy and jointly used by the Navy and the Air Force. Its purpose is to convert contracting documents to a digital file, store them on a secure server, and allow access to those who need to use these documents, such as the Defense Finance and Accounting Service. The course teaches Air Force contracting personnel to use and administer the system.

The Electronic Posting System (EPS) became the official Air Force vehicle of posting Synopses, Solicitations and Awards. Air Staff has mandated use of this system for posting all solicitations, which are synopsized. This guide provides a quick summary of the features and layout of EPS for Vendors.
