ECRC Program Mission: The Electronic Commerce Resource Center (ECRC)
program is sponsored by the Department of Defense Joint Electronic
Commerce Program Office. Its mission is to improve U.S.
manufactured product quality and competitiveness by promoting awareness
and implementation of electronic commerce technologies and practices in
the integrated civil-military industrial base.
